The crew saved the holidays and my sanity lol! We go all out on our Christmas decorations so it’s a lot to take on. I’m usually overwhelmed, stressed and exhausted but not this year! They handled our very delicate Christmas villages with such care and patience. They were careful yet quick! I was extra impressed with how they were able to figure out and fix our giant moving grinch figure. It has a lot of moving mechanisms and is more complicated than one would expect. Trying to figure it out last year turned me into the grinch lol. I’m beyond grateful for their help. They were hard working, great problem solvers, fast and friendly! I could go on but seriously just great people who did a great job!

The team were awesome! They were so kind and easy to work with. They listen carefully and I did everything that I asked them to do and we’re willing to help with things that I didn’t even need to ask them to do so I just thought they were awesome. Each person on the team contributed in their role in a very quiet and efficient manner. They introduced themselves as they came in and made me feel like I was in good hands. The moving team went above and beyond to help me get settled on my new home. They were kind and gracious and patient!!! I could not have asked for a better experience. I honestly can’t say enough good about this company! Blue Box Moving Company have been my single good and positive experience since 2026 began. I have been faced with an unexpected situation and had no idea how I was going to move everything with no family or friends to assist let alone some one who had a truck. The first company I contacted assumed that I was going through an eviction simply because I said I had to go fast and they said without knowing anything at all that they were unable to move me not to mention their prices were twice as high! As mad as I was at that lady I’m grateful for her ignorance because I would have ended up spending double the money and probably wouldn’t have been half as satisfied. The two movers but they showed up on time and they were ready and eager to help never once made me feel like an idiot because i know i can be confusing at times with my indecisiveness! They handled everything with care and were professional. I never once had any bad vibes I probably would have let them do it with out me there if I needed to ! I most definitely will be requesting them when I find a new home and I plan to request this company to anyone I know or overhear about needing a moving company! Thank you Blue Box Moving Company for being the single best experience I’ve had in this dark unusual time for me ! I also want to add that the customer service department is great as well from the sales guy to the last guy who contacted me and assisted me on something that was my fault truly a company whose reviews are real for once !

I am leaving 3 stars because the movers themselves were nice guys and worked very hard. However, one mover was unable to help towards the end of the job, and because of this, they were not able finish the entire job. I was charged incorrectly, and they ran two couches into the wall bringing them in, damaging the wall and dirtying the couches in the process. The guys were very apologetic and told me they sent photos to their boss and he would reach out the next business day to send someone over to clean them. Not only did he not reach out, I sent several emails and left voicemails, all of which were unreturned. The problems with the move itself are one thing, but the lack of customer service is another. I would not recommend and will not use them again.
